Teaching improvement internship in higher education: an experience report in the degree in pedagogy
Abstract
This is a report on an internship experience for teaching improvement at a federal university. An autobiographical narrative approach and the analysis of the assessment produced by students regarding the teaching-learning process are employed. The discussions are supported by contributions from teaching researchers in higher education and by a socio-historical perspective. The results obtained attest that internship was a significant experience and of great relevance for the training of university teachers. As for the descriptive analysis of student evaluation data, we observe a significant value for the teacher's performance with reflective practices.
