Censo escolar: controle de qualidade
Abstract
Apresenta presumidamente a metodologia desenvolvida para a pesquisa de Controle de Qualidade do Censo Escolar, cuja importância se ampliou a partir da promulgação da Emenda Constitucional nº 14, que estabeleceu uma relação entre a alocação de recursos federais e a quantidade de alunos matriculados no Ensino Fundamental. Descreve a metodologia e a estrutura da pesquisa, indicando os procedimentos amostrais adotados, descrevendo, ainda, os instrumentos de coleta de dados utilizados e os procedimentos propostos para sua auditagem. Conclui com comentários e recomendações sobre as informações coletadas. Palavras-Chave: censo escolar, controle de qualidade. Abstract This work portrays presumably the methodology developed for the Quality Control of the School Census´ research. Its importance increased since the publication of the Constitutional Amendment Nº 14 that established the relationship between Federal Funds allocation and the number of students enrolled in basic education. The work also describes the structure of the research methodology, indicating the sampling procedures adopted, the instruments for data collection utilized and the procedure proposed for its auditing. It concludes with commentaries and recommendations about the information collected. Keywords: school census, quality control.Downloads
